• Papers (not previously published or presented) from all the fields of accelerators are solicited, including low- and high-energy machines and accelerators for medical and industrial purposes, and accelerator sub-systems.

• The authors should submit an extended abstract of the proposed paper. The abstract would consist of title of the paper, authors names, their affiliations; email address of the corresponding author along with a brief description (<500 words) of the scientific and technical content of the work done and conclusion of the proposed paper. Graphs, tables and pictures shall be avoided in the abstract.

• Extended abstracts will be lightly reviewed and the notification of acceptance will be sent to the submitting author by January 30, 2025. Based on review inputs and the numbers of time slots available during the conference, the abstracts are accepted either as “Contributory oral” or as “Contributory poster”.

Main and Sub-Classification of Abstracts:

All contributions are grouped by Main and Sub-Categories. Authors are reminded that it is their responsibility to properly classify their abstracts to ensure that, if accepted for presentation, the paper is properly placed within the conference programme. A description of the Scope of Classifications and Sub-Classifications is provided in “Subject Categories” to help authors with this task.
